How can I return my product?
The products to be returned must be packaged complete and undamaged with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and invoice, and delivered to the cargo. Refunds are not accepted for underwear, cosmetics and personalized products.

How long can I return the product?
You can send the products you want to return, together with the invoice, to the address specified within 7 days.
Which products cannot be returned?
Due to hygienic reasons, no refunds are made for underwear, swimwear / swimwear, shorts, socks and accessories that are unpacked.
Will I pay the shipping fee for the product I am going to return?
Shipping and return cargo belongs to the buyer.
I lost my invoice, how can I make a refund?
You can return your products with your e-invoice sent to your e-mail address.
When will I get a refund for the product I returned / canceled?
All returns are completed within approximately 7 business days after the products are delivered to our package Logistics Center. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-5 days to see your refund on your card.
Can I return / exchange the product I bought online from the store?
Items purchased from the Bobby’s Fashion House online store can only be returned to the Bobby’s Fashion House online store.
Can I Replace A Product That I Have Purchased From Bobby’s Fashion House Online Store With Another Size / Color Or Another Item?
The products that have been ordered cannot be changed. First, the purchased product must be returned with the invoice, and then a new order must be placed.

ORDER & SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped between 1-6 days after your purchase is made. The cargo belongs to the buyer. If there is a product from our store stocks in your basket, the delivery time to the cargo is 7 days. When we deliver your order to cargo, we will inform you by e-mail.
